Here's d recipe for the choco layered cheese cake.
Ingredients:
250g cream cheese (1 buku cheese philadelphia)
-softened at room temperature.
75g condense milk (susu pekat manes yo! add more if u wanna it sweeter)
1/3 butter (1 buku butter tu sy bahagi 3 bahagian. same size, amek 1 bhagian jer ~ 84g)
-softened at room temperature.
Choc biscuits (sy guna biskut tiger)
-suggested biscuit: Biskut merry pon bley (owh ade perisa coffee jgk kn?byk choice yo!)
-30pcs++ (depends brape layered mau buat)
1/2 cup fresh milk
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese, butter, condense milk, beat well untill smooth.
- Add fresh milk and beat again.
- Prepare tray, line with aluminium foil.
- 1st layer-put in biscuits.Pour the batter on top. kasi tutup biskut n sekata. Repeat with laying untill finish d batter. So, kalo nk byk2 layer kn tambah sukatan kat ingredients lah. Make double!
- Chill overnight in fridge.
Means dis choco layered cheese cake x perlu bakar2..cam tu jer. simple rite? ^^
