Making Sushi

Suka sushi x??hehe..honestly dulu x leh telan lagsung!! gatal tgn jugak la bli sushi yg seringgit satu kat jusco..tingin nak try..tp x mampu nak telan! ehehehe.. Pena mkn sushi kat Sushi King..sedap plak! cantek2 jer decoration sushi2..maken cantek maken mahal ..hehe

Lame terase nak try buat sushi sdiri..filling sushi IKOT SUKA HATI nak letak ape...hehe

Bahan-bahan:

Calrose rice SUMO (mmg beras yg special tuk buat sushi, boleh dptkn di pasaraya)
Roasted seaweed

Filling:

Terpulang pada citarasa n yg simple2 

Cara-cara masak beras calrose:
  1. Pour one cup of SUMO Calrose rice and 2 cups of water into the rice cooker. So nisbah nye bersamaan 1 cup rice: 2 cups of water . (add more if u want more ^^v). Turn on the rice cooker.
  2. When the rice cooker turns off, leave for 10 minutes before serving.
Making Hand-rolled sushi:
  1. Mix 3 cups of hot cooked SUMO Calrose rice with 6 tablespoons of vinegar.
  2. Spread the cooked SUMO Calrose rice on top of the seaweed sheet.
  3. Place with bite-sized pieces of fish cake/nugget/or any filling that u want.
  4. Roll up the sushi into cylinder shape. 
  5. Wet a very sharp knife and slice the sushi roll to equal size.
  6. Ready to serve.
*dip the sushi into soy sauce for better taste. ^^

A simple step for a simple sushi ^^

Mix carrot+cabbage+mayo on top

 
Egg with mayo on top

Filling with nugget
Filling with fish cake
add on crab fillae
Tadaaaa... ^^
